🧾 How to Claim Your Purchase

All purchases from Crowe Scripts are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

If your item includes a license key:

  • The key will appear on your checkout page and in your confirmation email

  • Use this key to activate the script following the instructions included in the product documentation

If your purchase requires manual support:

  • Please open a ticket in our Discord using the #support channel

  • Provide your Tebex transaction ID so we can verify your purchase quickly

Didn’t receive your purchase?
Double-check your spam/junk email folder for the receipt. If it’s not there, contact us via Discord or open a Tebex support ticket.

Can’t activate your key?
Ensure it’s copied exactly as provided. If it still doesn’t work, open a support ticket with a screenshot of the error.

Script not working properly?
Make sure:

  • Your RedM server is up to date

  • You’ve followed the install instructions included in the download

  • Any dependencies (like VORP) are correctly installed
