Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Lack of game/server compatibility

  • Server changes, closures, or other operational decisions

If you experience issues with your purchase, please contact us via Discord or open a Tebex support ticket. We’re happy to assist with any troubleshooting or installation problems.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the case of duplicate purchases or technical errors on our end.

Delivery Information

  • Most scripts are delivered automatically upon successful payment.

  • If your package includes a license key, it will be provided at checkout and in your email receipt.

  • If manual setup or support is required, instructions will be clearly outlined in the product description.
