Crowe Telegram returns as a RedM/VORP V2 re-release, upgrading the original telegram system into a more physical 1900s post office loop with office-based pickup, returns, parcels, money orders, C.O.D. mail, slips, postal cards, and admin repair tools.
The original V1 telegram features are still part of the resource too, so the re-release expands the system instead of replacing it.

Mail Flow

  • Telegrams + Tracking - Keeps the classic send, receive, reply, anonymous, and inbox workflow while adding V2 tracking/reference numbers.

  • Office Pickup - Mail is posted from configured offices and collected at the correct destination office.

  • Return Shelf - Rejected or expired mail returns to the sender's origin office for reclaim.

Parcels, Payments & Papers

  • Parcels, Money Orders & C.O.D. - Supports item mail, claimable payments, delivery-charge parcels, escrow, and offline sender payouts.

  • Receipts & Slips - Includes sender receipts, claim slips, money order slips, return slips, and physical paper item support.

  • Postal Cards - Includes picture postal cards, bundled designs, and a paper viewer.

Dependencies

Installation

  1. Place crowe_telegram in your server resources folder and import db.sql for a fresh install.

  2. If physical slip or postal card inventory items are enabled, import inventory_items.sql.

  3. Existing v1 servers should back up the database and run migrate_v2_upgrade.sql once after updating the resource files.

  4. Configure config.lua, telegraph offices, postage, parcel rules, notifications, and admin permissions.

  5. Add ensure crowe_telegram to your server.cfg and restart the server.
